Solved: Completely unknown song but with sample

Hello guys,

As everyone else here I've got an unknown song..

I've already tried my best to find out which song it is - but I always failed. It was often played on TVshows and I also have a sample of the song, but unfortunately I can't understand the lyrics completely, so my searching with google was also without any chance.
