Please help: '01-'03 electro song/video

Hi guys,
Long time no seen.

I don't remember much about this song and video, but here's everything I can come up with:
The video was on MTV quite a lot, somewhere between 2001-2003. It's animated, and features a group of funny-looking small people trapped somewhere. I think eventually they get rescued through an evacuation slide.
The genre is electronic, and part of the lyrics sound something like: "..... , if you know what I mean, people starving everyday, come on, it's a ..... thing." (probably misheard).
