Solved: An instrumental piece

This is an extremely vague query, I guess. The song i'm thinking of, I can't find anywhere. It's a classical sounding piece, I assume contemporary.

It starts off with what sounded like a modern day landline phone ringing and those sounds worked their way up until string instruments began.

I think I remember it being used on a Cable & Wireless advert in the UK in the late 90s. I can't find a video of the ad, but if it helps I seem to remember the ad looking like this (yellow background etcetc) only it had the song in the background and it had a woman doing a cartwheel.

I know it's not stock music or library music, as I heard it on someone's CD a few years later.

Don't know anything the particular ad but I know that Penguin Cafe Orchestra's Telephone and Rubber band was used by various telcos.
