Solved: can anyone help me find this song...

i've danced to it in night clubs, and i used to hear it constantly at work in woolworths (an australia supermarket)
i might be wrong but i think it sing 'irene please', but i am completely stuck how it goes at this point in time lol
it sounds to me like the proclaimers... but i dont think its them
not sure how old it is, it sounds like a real old song but its not... if that makes sense lol

sorry i cant think of any other lyrics, otherwise i would have found it by now...

i hope someone can help me!! ive been wanting to get hold of it for a while!!
