Cool Finding a song that wasn't on the radio and may not have been an actual release.

I'm trying to find a song that i don't know the title to. unfortunately I don't know the artist either but the lyric to the hook of the song goes: "call me young doctor 'feelgood', like you know you should. 'Cause baby i can do good work. Now the first verse is: "splish splash in your bubblebath can i rub you down and make you smile? Give you all the attention you need? Can I wash your back and rub you like that? Romance you 'til the morning comes? Do you...do you want me to part it like the red sea?
If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys!!
