Solved: Artist and song from video

I need help with identifying artist and song from video. I don`t have this video, only thing I remember, its from around 1985 - 1989, and there is manager / or secretary woman (maybe in office), who is dressed primly in shirt and skirt, with her hair tied, and during the song she loosen her hair and give herself up to a music clip actor/or singer. Thanks.
