Still searching for these two 80's songs

I decided to combine the 2 songs in one post. Google must be overrated - has not been of any help to me with these.

Lyrics 1:

"ha ha ha ha ha go to sleep, ha ha ha honey go to sleep" and a combo of "tion" ending words like explication implication complication. It had a disco beat and was a female singer with a German or similar sounding accent. It wasn't melodic singing - it was more like talking and the tone was rather monotonous with a steady beat.

Actually I ought to (because that comment is mine) but sorry no, can't remember because in all honesty, this is not really my cu-cu-cu-cu-cup of tea. I don't really care: if I was a Finn, I'd use the acronym EVVK now.
