Who sang this house song from early 90s ? Childrens Story / Bedtime Story ??????

My friend was into house music in the early to mid 90s, and he had the coolest song on a tape, that he never told me who the artist was.

The song started out with a father reading his daughter a bedtime story, and then as the story progressed, waves would crash against rocks, the girl would start to get scared and cries for her dad to stop reading since he is scaring her, and the intro/beat would start to come in.

The only thing I remember is that the song might have been calling Bedtime story, childrens story, and I thought he said the artist could have been robert miles. I thought R.M. came later.

it is not that song. the song i refer to, starts out being narrated by some guy, who is the father of a little girl, and is reading her a bedtime story.

as the story progresses, the girl gets scared, tells her dad to stop, waves crash against the rocks, the music/intro builds, and the song takes off.

truly great house/trance song, cant figure out the name. all help here is appreciated. this was the song that got me into this music, and to never know the name/artist, kinda stinks.

its not that song either. i appreciate the efforts.

someone on here should know the song i am referring to. with an intro being narrated as a bedtime story is being read to a child, the song should stand out to a longtime house/trance music fan.
