Solved: Who sang this?? Please help

Ive been looking for a song for ages but I cant find it, please can you help.

Back in the UK in 1993 (I know it was that year because I met my wife that year and the song sticks out in my memory as it was on the radio all the time. There was a song by a female rap star which had rap verses but the chorus was sung, the Chorus goes something like this...

"Cant believe its ooooooo-veeerrrrrrr, (something something something)
Said you would never run awaaaa-aaaaayyyyy
Thats when you told me, I was your one and ooooo--nnnlllyyyy

One of the rap verses starts off like this....

I believed, in everything you said to me........

I dont know any more of the lyrics that were in it. It might have been a one hit wonder.It was a woman, I thought it might have been Neneh Cherry or someone like that.

Does anyone know the song title and Artist please.
