Hi! First post here which means I'm pretty desperate... This morning around 530am I heard a song come on the radio that I really liked... However it was a Hindi or Indian song or something, so the radio host wasn't speaking english (usually I just set my alarm to anything that's loud enough to wake me up). I don't know the station and I don't know the artist or the lyrics. It sounded like some sort of chant... I do know however that the song title was Ancestry Call or something similar- I was hardly awake. I live in Hamilton Ontario Canada, and I've searched for lists of local Indian AM radio channels, but I've come up short. I've searched the song title on google about a thousand times and even played through about 15 indian songs with the word "call" or "ancestry" in it. It's a male singer (he sounds like an older gentleman) and I believe there were a few other male vocals in it as well. Like I said before it almost sounded like a chant-type of song (it's not call to prayer). Can anyone help?! I'm desperate and it's really frustrating... Like trying to remember a dream!
