theorically A CHI MI DICE means TO HIM/HER WHO TELLS ME but I don't really know what the singers mean to say, even though I am italian but in the song they sing A aloud so maybe they mean AH

Roby I think that in this song 'a chi mi dice' would be to whomever says to me that (you will come back (I respond,omitted in the song)). Practically the first line of the chorus is connected with the third
