could anyone translate this song from Italian to English please? I know it´s the Italian version of "nights in white satin", but I want to know the literal meaning of this italian version. I already know that "notte di luce" means "nights of light" and not "nights in white satin"

By the way, the Italian version "Notte di Luce" was first sung by the Greek tenor Marios Frangoulis, as a duet with Moody Blues' singer Justin Hayward in 2002.
Hayward is also the composer of the song.
