Hi, I think that 'to follow' isn't the appropriate verb
'I accompany you (at home)' and I think of you
'Ti accompagno' .. e penso a te

Furthermore (or moreover?), I would like to explain (if it is not understood) that most of the first verses are referred to his present (currently) woman and not to that to who he thinks really (the woman that he has lost)

Sorry for my terrible English and if 'accompany' were not the right verb
