I bump this, as I would like to know this translation too

I will paste the original lyrics here.

I know, it contains different languages, so please, if anyone recognizes "familiar language", you could maybe translate only the part, you can?

    Che cosa?
    Che cosa?

    Che cosa vuoi da me?
    Che cosa vuoi ancora?
    Che cosa vuoi di più?

    Che cosa vuoi da me?
    Che cosa posso dare?
    Che cosa inventare?

Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?
    Che cosa vuoi di più?
Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?

    Che cosa vuoi provare?
    Che cosa vuoi tentare?
    Che cosa vuoi spezzare?

Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?
    Che cosa vuoi di più?

Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?
Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?

Che cosa vuoi sognare? (Che cosa vuoi lasciare?)
Che cosa vuoi tentare? (Che cosa inventare?)
    Che cosa vuoi ancora?
    Che cosa vuoi ancora?
Che cosa vuoi capire? (Che cosa vuoi ancora?)
Che cosa vuoi tentare? (Che cosa?)

Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?
Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?
    Che cosa vuoi di più?
    Che cosa vuoi di più?

Qu'est ce que tu veux de moi?
    Todos, todos.

Por tuo amor, por tuo amor,
    todo lo daría.

And here is the song for listening, it is a nice song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMX0d2sY-4s

Hmm I recognize Italian, French and Spanish, three languages that I can understand. Now I have to go cause I have exam ( unlucky me!), but I'll try in the afternoon if none does it till then.

    Todos, todos.
    Everything, everything.

Por tu amor, por tu amor,
For your love, for your love,
    todo lo daría.
    I would give everything.

Edit: Cosa means thing, but sometimes you don't need to translate it at all. That's why I put it in parenthesis. For example, the phrase cosa fai means what are you doing?

    Default "The Thing"

Romance languages are very particular in the sense that a phrase as simple as "what thing do you still want?" in the context of this song actually ends up being something a lot deeper even though the phrases are very simple. That is why this song is so beautiful and works so well, and if you understand the lyrics then consider yourself lucky But lucky still just knowing of it and being able to listen to the lovely melody and the three different Romance languages (which create melody in and of themselves). Like any piece of writing, everyone will have their own personal interpretation. But in essence this song is saying: what is it that you want? what is that you need? what is it that you want to invent (with me, us)? what is it that you want to dream? what is it that you want from me? The other questions follow the same theme. The answer to all the questions is: "Everything, everything". To which there seems to be a response (it seems) from the other lover or just a final feeling about the love being felt: "For your love, for your love, I would give everything". The fact that Spanish is used only in the final phrase and that the phrase is to some extent a classic expression used by Spanish speakers to express to a great love, gives it that beautiful final touch to a song that expressed everything mostly in Italian and complemented by French. Basically, Manu Chau here used the languages themselves to create melody, and used simple phrases in beautiful languages to capture deep feelings that are universal to those who have been deeply in love or idealize being deeply in love. THAT is "The Thing"/"A Cosa".

Sorry to bump this from the dead

Che Cosa --- In Italian means What.
In Italian cosa also means thing.
But also in Italian you never say Che... Unless you are trying to be rude with someone or dont understand how to speak Italian.
    So, Che Cosa= What
    Cosa= What or thing
