I always catch this music video in the Jrs section when I'm running around at work. I've only caught the name of the song/singer once, and have forgotten! And lyrics escape me right now, but I could have sworn it was Emily Osment (from Hannah Montana). On further investigation, her song titles didn't ring a bell. But the song is kind of techno, and in the video she is wearing a big dress with lights on it. Please help!
