Laguna Beach Help

hey

there is this song i have been trying to get for about a year now, and it was used on laguna beach serious 2 at the end of the show when jessica and jason were going out, and they were going to get dinner they were over jessica's house and they went in separate cars. i know this much of the song if this helps its something like "its a lie its a lie dont you see where on a high on a high" i think i cant quite make out the words but i love the song, if anyone can help please do and give us a yell.
