Laguna Beach - help!

On an episode of Laguna Beach season 3 and i believe it might be the first episode. Jessica and a couple of more friends are in the car driving to have lunch and this song comes on.. And for the life of me i just cant think of who could possibly sing it and its driving me insane! All i can remember of the song is the singer sings hello hello hello hello?! Can someone PLEASE help me find the singer of this song that keeps playing in my mind.
