Suggestion
I'm from Canada and have Satalite TV with PVR which is personal video recorder, and I know that SHAW digital cable you can record too just like the BELL DISH
As for the USA I believe its called TVO I dunno, but if you can rewind the show after its done, press PAUSE and then SLOWLY fast forward by FRAME and usually at the end of each episode they show all the ARTISTS and SONG Played...
