Never posted before please translate

Hello, I'm new to this forum. Please translate. Also please let me know what type of arabic this is. I don't really understand the differences in dialect and classic. I'm very new to the arabic language and know almost nothing... Any help will be very appreciated.

يا اغلى من سكن قلبي
مخم ةغ لخخلمث صهمم ىخف اثمح

it means : the most precious to my heart.
literally : the most precious person who lives in my heart.
and its Khaliji dialect .

but " مخم ةغ لخخلمث صهمم ىخف اثمح " its not a !!! it's just few of arabic letters combined together =/
