    Of course it is

baared usually means that the person takes a lot of time to react or response or one who has cold feeling like the whole world could be onfire and he just smiles with a cold feelings its really common in egyptian dialect

5ali bfakker la meen ana lazem b2oul heik?
    randa7abibti ,this sentence is incorrect

    few important comments
    1.
    5ali bfakker
after one verb you can add another verb with ب

so the correct one should be خليني افكَّر=khalene ofakker(you need to add also pronoun ني) it means "Let me think"

    2.lazem b2oul

lazem is modal verb so again the same mistake you can't add "ب" in this case.

    Correct one لازم اقول=laazem a2ool

i would substituite word لازم with يمكن

So lets re-write this sentence again:

خليني افكر لمين يمكن قول هيك
    or
خليني افكر لمين بدي قول هيك

baared is someone who got out of a refrigerator after sleeping inside it because he had many guests in his house and they were sleeping in his room and he got no other place to sleep at but in the refrigerator HAHAHAAAAAA :P of course of course just kidding

as CZAREK2581 said, it's someone who has cold feelings and doesn't give any reaction, for example the building where he is collapses and everybody's screaming and he gives no reaction and just says mmmmm

baared literally means cold, so it's used figuratively to describe such a person, it's like in English, cold in English has 2 meanings which r the opposite of the word hot and giving no reaction

i think she means tozkor (تذكر) which means mention or talk about

if so, it should be followed by the object, no prepositions r used
