ya it is same with turkish .we dont use he she i coz the person can understand who we r talking about from the VERb.

for example
Geliyorum= i am coming

Gel =is the root of the verb
i-yor = is the continuous tense appendix
um = first single person's appendix

Geliyor = She /he is coming
if u wanna force that the female is coming u can say girl/"kız" is coming/geliyor or woman/"kadın" geliyor

ok i'll choose the verb study ( i think studying make my mind think bout only on it) anyway it's the same in classic arabic n egyptian accent so it will b easy to explain
study mean "yadres- يـدرس"

the present
i=ana .. adres (in egyptian accent in present we put "b ب "before the verb so it b ana badres)انا ادرس /انا بدرس
u (m)=anta( enta the egyptian accent)..tadres( enta btedres)انت تـدرس /انت بتـدرس
u (f)=anti (enti)...tadrosi ( enti betedrisi )انتي تـدرسي/ انتي بتـدرسي
u ( for two ppl)=antoma (ento el etneen that's the way we say it in egyptian)//tadrosaانتما تـدرسان/ انتوا الاتنين بتدرسوا
u(for more than 2 ppl)antom (ento)..tadreson (btedreso) انتم تـدرسون /انتوا بتـدرسوا
they=hom (homma)...yadreson( beydreso)هم يـدرسون /هما بيـدرسوا
thier is no "it" in arabic
ok notice the word درس
then in present u put at the begin of the verb the letter "ي"so it be يدرس or yadres then we go now for every pronoun u add letters at th end of the verb

like antom tadreson انتم تدرسون u see the "on""ون" this is how u conjugate verbs

i feel like i made u so confused so it's easier if u asked
