selenity, here is the meaning:

* إن أعطيت كفيت وإن وعدت وفيت و إن عزمت أمضيت:
"If you are going to give someone something, give him/her enough of this thing you are going to give. And if you are going to promise someone, make sure you fulfill this promise. And if you decided to do something, make sure you do it."

this is to say that u have to be generous, do not break promises u give, do what u decided to do
