I think لا جملة مناسبة تخطر لي could be hard for you to translate because I don't think you're familiar with its grammar.

I have another question...i often notice in arabic lyrics that the prefixes on verbs (eg 'ya' for he, 'ta' for you) are not said. Is it because people can understand what's being said without those prefixes or is it some poetic way of speaking?

Im learning MSA and i dont want to pick up bad habits by using slang or something.

Well, this depends on the verb. When the verb is in the present tense, the verb has the prefixes, when not, then it lacks them!

Omri and 7ayati are basically the same thing.. omry can also mean "my years" because it comes from the base word omr but when used say "ya 3omri" or "ya hayate" theyre both the same neither one is more formal than the other

Kol yom fi omri - everyday of my life
kol yom men omry - everyday from my life

yes yes it is in fact not fus7a...mh, it sounds quite sensible to me that it might be derived from بكى ... so it must be Khaliji or some kind of Iraqi
