She's basically saying that when people first knew her was during her adolescent stages between the age of 17 and what not and thats when a girls body and features begin to develop and change physically.. and she likes to look in the mirror and feel beautiful and not have people bothered by her appearance also that some people see her as beautiful and some may see her as plain.. but the important thing is that the person is confident in themselves

She's saying here that something that ppl didnt know was that she had already done some surgery before she met GiGi and she said she got a nose job when she was like 16 and then she met Gigi for the first time and he asked her.. you got a nose job? and she says yes.. then he told her.. its not right.. that the nose job was bad and she was saying no its fine shes just still swollen.. and then she saw hes right and she went back and got another nose job and then he saw her again and said.. you got another nose job? so she said yes and he said its still bad.. so she looked and saw he was right and went back and got another nose job..

My God!! Even I'm feeling dizzy from all those nose jobs she talks about
