In my opinion passive voice is pretty easy.These are my examples

ex:Ali fihim ad-dars=Ali understood the lesson(to make a passive we need to add ,"it" or "in" before the verb

Then conjugate verb into present so "fihim" in present (he understands) howe yifham (now the second vowel is quite important to create a verb in
passive )The second vowel is "a" so the passive verb will be

itfahamor infaham both means the same in EA

The sentence(always starting with object then passive verb
Ad-dars itfaham\infaham=The lesson was understood

ex no 2.

Fariid fahhim ali ad-dars=Ali explained the lesson to Ali
Conjugation in present tense "yafahhim"

ad-dars itfahhim le-Ali=The lesson was explained to Ali

No she's right the Arabic is نظيف and in Egyptian it's pronounced ndeef with a د (soft d) not the hard d ض

There's actually a word "nazeef" which means bleeding so perhaps that's why this one didn't change, but you will find a few select words in the Egyptian dialect which don't follow the usual rules

I have been told many times that it is pronouncated by ض concerning this word (it is sounds really emphatic) ,but prephaps we have two different schools
