    3arfah - female saying "I know"
    3arafsh [correction* ma3rafsh] - Male saying "I don't know"
    3aref - male saying "I know"

    ana - I
the "sh" added to the end of the word or "mosh/ma" added to a phrase turn the phrase into a negative.. ex: msh moshkela - It is not a problem/ ma 3andish - I don't have/ and so on..

Assalam alaikom guys I am back.. wow.. I missed so much! But now I have a personal teacher for egyptian, but still like to suprise my new husband with some words.

I am talking to his mom and I am trying to learn to answer some stuff when I speak to his family. I plan on talking to his aunts and uncles this weekend.

Here is what I wanna TRY and learn.

I converted to Islam 16 months ago
my children are being raised muslim too
    how are your children?
Ya goozy :P (this I know) has told me great things about you.
Inshallah We will be visiting next year in March
Walaa and I met during Ramadan at our masjid the Imam introduced us
    my family is doing well
May Allah (swt) bless you with mercy and keep you safe
    talk to you soon, Inshallah.

    ------------------------------------------

Also.. I am sending my mother-in-law a card and I want to write something in there.

    Assalam alaikom mom,

Glad you had a wonderful and safe trip during your Umrah. I love you very much. I thank Allah for you and your son. Walaa is the light in my eyes, the king of my heart. You raised a beautiful man, who has strong iman and taqwa and for this I am grateful. It is my honor to take care of him and be his wife. May Allah bless you and the family with mercy and peace.

    Ana ba7abak kteer, Jannah

    thanks guys
I believe in Islam like the sun rising, not because I see it but because by it, I see everything else.

    talk to you soon, Inshallah.
    Hakalemek 3an 2orayeb, Inshallah.

A side note: when it comes to distinguishing the Egyptian dialect, you may have already noticed, they pronounce inshallah as Insha2 Allaah, two separate words as opposed to other dialects who jumble it up as one and say Inshallah

This is my destiny with you

(I believe this is Palestinian/Jordanian accent and not Egyptian based off of "hadha" Mainly those dialects use that term)

Don't assume that silence is a weakness or forgetting........ The land is silent yet on it there are volcanoes....... For silence is my language so forgive me for my lack of words.... My silence does not mean that I am ignorant to what's going on around me..... It's just that what's going on around me is undeserving of words
