there's no difference both are the same and is a negation u can use which one u like the most
and not all vbs are conjugate with ma +vb +-sh

Exemple:

• anaa mish fahma-i don't understand
• anaa mish 3agebny/3agebany-i don't like you
• mish 2olely-don't tell me(2olely-fem form)

• ma a3arfsh-i don't know
• ma tesebnish-don't leave me(ma+vb+-neesh-nesh-is added for me-do not do stg to me)
• ma tesebsh-don't leave
• ma batkalemsh-i don't talk
• ma bafhamsh-i don't understand

another example is when u can use mosh or mish and when ma

1. i won't drink-mosh or mish 7aashrab-here is Future
2. i don't drink-ma bashrabsh-here is present
