look randa434, to understand the word اهو think of it as see? in English, it's used when u wanna show someone what u r talking about by showing him/her something or by doing something, this is the concept behind it, for example:
Aho el ketab (Here's the book)
Aho ana get (Here I am, I came)
Aho beykalemak (Here he is talking to u)
A: Fen el ketab? (Where's the book?)
    B: Aho (Here it is)

this is the masculine form, the feminine form is ahe and the plural form is ahom, for example:
Aho el ketab (Here's the book)
(el ketab is masculine so aho is used)

however, the word aho can be used to refer to ANYTHING, for example:
Aho enta shayef (Here u r seeing by urself)

in ur sentence "اهو من ده وده الحب كده", omit aho from the sentence and the meaning of the sentence will be the same cause aho is used to introduce what's being said, the sentence without aho means "it's cause of this and that, love is like that", when aho is added the sentence means the same and it's exactly like saying "here's how things r, it's cause of this and that, love is like that" or it's something like "see? it's cause of this and that, love is like that", as u see it's used to introduce the sentence as an explanation, so aho in ur sentence doesn't affect the meaning very much
