Well when i checked it before it wasw completely different language -weird and i barely saw arabic word,it happened to you few times i guess already when u copied here before.
    Anyway

اسوأ احساس لما تكون مجهز نفسك كويس اوي لحاجه انت عايزها وفجأه تعرف انها مش هاتحصل... خصوصا ان بقالك كتيير مستنيها..
This is my attempt @ translating it...
Ahlaam you translation was really perfect I was suprised .I just made few small corrections

The worst feeling is when you make yourself ready\prepared for something which you want... and all of sudden you know it won't happen... especially when it's been a long time that you have been waiting for it

    Explanation:

    فَجْأَةً =faga2tan=surprisingly, all of a sudden

    Hello George

There is a line skipped out in the lyrics,

afdi el shar2 b3omri - I'll die for the east
ana ana b3omri - With my life
    ah ya layl
    seba3 w 3'ozlan
    w al7an mn 3'ona el2mri - and melodies from the -- singing

Not sure what 2mri means sorry!

Thank you Viva. Really the sentence من غنا الامرى has been a problem for me. I know the word 3'ana2 - wealth and 3'ina2 - song but i've never heard 3'ouna before.
In relation to el2mri maybe it could be translated into princely/noble/magnificent. I guess el2amri and el5amri (sabani lounek el5amri) are grammatically related. So "al7an min 3'ouna el2mri" should be translated into tunes from a magnificent/noble song. But Why does he say ghouna instead of ghina ? maybe the dialect ? Is it possible ? what do you think ?

I believe 3'ona here is the same as the shaami equivalent 3'ena

I like your take on 2emri, I think it makes sense (but if any other natives have a different translation please help)

    I suppose this sentence

    ألقاك أنت بتبكيننى

should substantially mean : everytime I meet you, then, you always make me cry

و لسه طالبة منه سلسلة=and I have still asked\ordered\requested from him a chain

    طالبة comes from verb طلب=Talab-to ask\to request\to order\to demand

    Hope it is clear now

ex:طلبت شاي ولا قهوة=Talabt shaay wala 2ahwa?-did you order tea or coffee?

If u need any other words \sentence to be done -don't hestitate asking

    Hi,

I need some help to translated the first verse. I guess my translation doesn't make sense.

ما دام الحاضر ماضي /As long as the present is past (??????)
لا تخلي قلبك فاضي/Don't let empty your heart
يا حبيبي القاضي راضي/Oh my darling the judge is pleased
والـــحب محلله/And love is allowed by law
يا مدلع يا حلو/Oh spoiled pretty woman !

Maybe it means what happened is past now or something like that

    Thanks in advance
