ye3'ammes - To Dip to eat (food) using a piece of bread as
    a sop

    tarya2a - Path (mockery)
fale7 - To To well, Succeed correct

jump in Egyptian Arabic is ينط (yenott), in Standard Arabic it's يقفز (yaqfez) (the present of qafaz u got), the past of ينط (yenott) is نط (natt)

ye3'ammes (يغمس) yes means dip (when eating food), the past is 3'ammes (غمس)

tarya2a (تريقة) means making fun of someone or something, it's a feminine word, for example:
Balash tarya2a. (Stop making fun of me/it/him/...)
    بلاش تريقة

u got confused with taree2 (طريق) which means road or path, there's also the word taree2a (طريقة) which means way (as in way of doing things)

cloud is سحابة (sa7aba), it's a feminine word, the plural is سحاب (sa7ab), the plural is masculine

fale7 (فالح) is a masculine adjective that means successful, the feminine equivalent is fal7a (فالحة), but if u wanna say the word successful in Egyptian Arabic say ناجح (nage7) (masculine)/ناجحة (nag7a) (feminine), fale7 can be used in situations when u criticize what someone did, for example:
A: Ana edetha el wara2a we olt enaha mosh meni. (I gave her the paper and told her that it's not from me)
انا اديتها الورقة وقلت انها مش منى
B: Fale7 tab maho ma3na enak tedeeha el wara2a ya3ni menak. La2en mafesh 7add tani ma3ah wara2 3'erak. (How smart u r, giving her the paper by urself means it's from u, because no one else has paper but u)
فالح طب ماهو معنى انك تديها الورقة يعنى منك لأن مفيش حد تانى معاه ورق غيرك

in this example, person B is criticizing what person A did by saying How smart u r, this sentence is ironic because B doesn't actually mean that A is smart, no B means the opposite
