Help to learn French

Hi everyone! First of all, I need to say that I am a complete beginner in this, I don't know a single word of French.. Well, yet! I'm off to university next year, and I want to study French. I know that this might sound weird, me wanting to study French without knowing a single word, but the thing is that I will be learning English, and I have to choose another language, and I chose French over Russian.

I already speak English, Italian, Spanish, and my language, Serbian.. Learning new languages does not seem to difficult to me, so I am asking you to give me some tips.

I learned Spanish on my own, watching movies, listening to music, the internet helped me a lot too.. So, the question is, what tips can you give me? What do you think that I should do in order to learn at least the basics of this beautiful language?

Do you know some good french movies, music, some sites that could help me learn??
