Yes that's what I mean and about the debauch I'm sorry but I don't know another english word. Κραιπάλη is when people every night get drunk and live a dissolute life.

If it were me, I wouldn't say (in greek) that I lost my heart in Greece but I would rather say that "My heart beats in Greece/by you/within you etc. (H καρδιά μου χτυπά στην Ελλάδα/δίπλα σου/μέσα σου)" or something like that.
Because saying that "I lost my heart in Greece" is not that romantic. It means that I lost something but I don't currently care about finding it back, nor do I care about where it is.
If someone can think of something better, please, help!

ζωή is the noun (life), ζω is the verb. So:

Η καρδιά μου ζει στην Ελλάδα.
