Default For learners of Greek: Download greek grammar and syntax in pdf

Grammar of Modern Greek language: http://pi-schools.sch.gr/gymnasio/gr..._c/s_1_200.pdf

Syntax of Modern Greek language: http://4dim-ampel.thess.sch.gr/ict/S..._ellinikis.pdf

Right click and "save as" to download the files.

These are the exact same books that students in Greece are given and study in schools. The books are in Greek but they are good reference for any issue, and you can ask for any clarification or explanation here.

You are welcome my friend. When I come across with anything I think could be useful for learners of Greek, I'll post it here. Or, if anybody needs something specific educationwise, post it and I'll see what I can do.

In the following link you can find several on-line dictionaries, all of them free to use.

    http://utopia.duth.gr/~apapavas/page1.html#On-Line_dictionaries

The page is somewhat old, so a few links may be dead, but most work. For example, this is a dictionary of fixed expressions and their equivalent in English, just click on the corresponding letter of the alphabet:

    http://users.otenet.gr/~vamvakos/alphabet.htm

And of course there is always the one and only slang.gr which is the ultimate slang expressions archive, but it is in Greek.

    Great but...
Is there any file or place which would have allso english references...

For me who I am interested in Greek its quite impossible to learn anything from those files if I don't understand much ^^

So Perhaps you know and could share some english files/etc for learning Greek grammar and so on..
    Would be much appreciated!

It is not the only one but this is also an excellent site for Greek language students,

    http://www.kypros.org/LearnGreek/

I like it best because there is an audio lesson with the visual.

    Enjoy.
