how do you say "i care about you"?

@dmoney - That's kind of a tough one for me because you want to convey "care" no necessarily "love". You are trying to say, "you matter to me"... "you are important to me", "i'm interested in your well being", "I'm fond of you". I'm curious to hear how those of you who speak Spanish all day long would answer dmoney's question. I want to say "Te quiero", but that could be misinterpreted. Maybe, "me importas". Or you could just say "Ten cuidado"... "be careful" but that's a different thing all together.

Bueno, yo no soy experta pero... How about, "Te tengo cariño"? "Me importas" is good too Damarys.
