Well I guess you also could say "Un día sin ti es como un día sin el brillo del sol", 'cause sunshine can be translate also like brillo del sol.

Need help with 2 items
I need to say (in a medical setting) "Please lie face down" and "Please turn over". My dictionary has 2 choices - acostarse and recostarse. Would you use either of those or somthing else?
Thanks!

I'd use "recostarse" ("por favor recuestese boca abajo" and "por favor volteese")

We use to say "por favor póngase boca bajo" and "por favor dese la vuelta"
different accents, all are correct
