it's just dialect/ accent difference for example

iyiyim would be eyim
iyidir would be eydir

same thing so yes it does mean good

my darling sister. dr. mary and i reviewed kamils medical mri together. she said she saw fluid and air that should not be in his brain and his head shape isnt normal. while she is taking this to the neurologist-she did want me to have you get kamil tested for fatty acid disorders. fatty acid disorders can cause the symptoms kamil is having as well as the brain scan images she saw. in fact, mary has a pediatric patient who has a fatty acid disorder and had the same symptoms as kamil. there are many fatty acid disorders. you will need to test kamil for all of them. i will learn more in the next few days. i really need kamils medical records too. i love you all so much. and i miss you so much
