...But Kurt Cobain died of a shotgun to the head. It was well known that he was into heroin (he always spelled it "heroine") but it was a 12 guage that ended him. Not trying to sound like a smart*****, just spreading knowledge.

This is simply a reference to the law (in some states of the USA) that prohibits convicted drug dealers from voting..... There are alot of countries with similar practices. Like in Australia if you've been convicted of crime with more than i think its 6 years imprisonment you cant vote either.......

But in Australia its Mandatory to vote!!!! (Unless your in an exemptions category: In Prison, Over 110 years old, Under 18 (In the Canadian Constitution when talking about voting it says that all must vote as long as they are not exempt on a couple of categories, none of which mention anything about a legal voting age which means that the Canadian Parliament are in violation of their own constitution.)Or mentally infirm. Otherwise its a fine if you dont vote......
