How to sing "You Oughta Know" by Morissette as a man?

Hi,

As I wrote in the title, I'll sing that song, but I'm male. I tried to change some of the parts and I mainly replaced he's by she's, but there are some points in the song, where more has to be done. As my mother tongue is not English, I have some difficulties.

The first point is here:

Another version of me is he perverted like me?
Would he go down on you in - a theater?
Does he speak eloquently? And would you have his baby?
I'm sure he'd make a really excellent father.

If I understand "Would he go down on you" right, does this match for a male person?

"Does he speak eloquently?" might be OK, but maybe should be replaced also.

Is this OK?

It was a slap in the face how quickly I was replaced,
and are you thinking of me when he fu¢ks you?


And the last part with the most problem is this one:

And everytime I scratch my nails down someone else's back
I hope you feel it. - Can you feel it?

As I never scratch my nails in someones back, and I suppose other men do not also, how can this be changed. Obviously the very "You" should get jealous about that.

It's a bit of a struggle to get this song to work for a man, but here are my ideas.

"Another version of me, is he perverted like me?
let you go down on him in - a theater?"

I think the rest of that part works ok! A guy definitely can't "go down on" a girl... you're right!

and are you thinking of me when you **** him?"

The last bit- with the biggest problem... i'm thinking you could say something about hair. e.g.:

"and everytime i run my hands through someone else's hair, I hope you feel it.- Can you feel it?"

It doesn't work brilliantly because it's not a very violent/perverted/kinky thing, but it sort of works!

It's a solution, yes. But maybe someone comes with a better one, in the meanwhile I'll take it.

What's about:

"and everytime I wrap my hands 'round someone else's neck, I hope you...."

to express the "perverted" habit of choking the partner, while...

Actually, a guy can go down on a girl, he used his tongue between her legs...
