okay my friend really loves this song by Monica, Before You Walk Out My Life. and she dedicated it to her boyfriend. but me and her boyfriend really don't know what the song is about or what she was trying to say by dedicating it to him...can someone help us determine the meaning of the lyrics??

Ok, she did somethig wrong, didn't make the right choice, he was right, but becasue of what she did he's going to break up with her. She's telling him in the song that she's knows she was wrong and she's going to make things right, so that he doesn't leave.
That makes no sense unless your friend's boyfriend was going to break up with her! Maybe it means she's done something bad and she doesn't want him to break up with her! Or maybe she just likes the song...
