reggae lyric request

Hi to all can anyone out there help me? i am looking for a reggae track which came out around 1983/84? i think it was called belinda? but am not entirely certain? the lyrics were something like:

plane is going from airport to airport, ship is going from harbour to harbour? belinda, she just look through a window?

do'nt know the artist either? can anyone throw any light on it?
