I don't get the beginning of the two lines (yet... I'll take my head phones off and we'll see... *lol*) see! I got one of the lines!

the other line is hard to hear for me.. it could also be "...du mein Leben um"
maybe "du wirfst so mein leben um" but I am not sure..

But with usually you talk about umschütten (= to pour, to Spill) in connection with a liquid not in connection with life.

But I think the message is clear when he wants to say that when she left, she turned his life abside down.
