Honest constructive opinions on these lyrics please
These are the lyrics to just three complete songs - at the moment they're just acoustic but in the process of being made into full band arrangements. We're hoping to have an uplifting melodic rock sound (along the lines of Puressence / Stone Roses)
Anyway that is beside the point. When you've got the melody and everything going in a song and when you've played it yourself so many hundreds of times it becomes difficult after a while to recognize how strong (or not) the lyrics alone are.
Although the song as a whole is most important I think the strength of one's lyrics is very important so I was hoping for some outside opinions from people that haven't even heard how the songs go and are judging solely on the lyrics.
