This concerns you more than this specific poem. I've skimmed a few of your lyrics and read this one, and it seems that you have common theme of spreading the gospel. Generally, you're just jumping around from idea to idea making rhymes here and there and I have a suggestion. Instead of stringing together a bunch a religious ideas people have probably already heard from Christians, why not write a song in parable, like Jesus the parables Jesus told his disciples. Try to come up with a cohesive story the represents why we should love others or the consequences of sin.
