هی واندی جان! باید شما را ایلچی مدنیت فارسی برای دولت ایران بکنند. هر شب و روز، بدون خستکی آن ترانه های فارسی را به انگلیسی ترجمه می کنید و خیلی اشخاس را از آهنگها و شعرهای ایران خبردار میکنید. بسیا حوب! دستناب درد نکنند

oh my GOD Hasan... I would take my hat off to you... bravo... bravo
آفرين ... درود
just 1 little thing
مي ياد گرفتم
It's a mode of ancient Persian... I've seen this mode of verb for example in Golestan of Sa'di.
but now we say ياد مي گرفتم
you make sentences really good.

Thank you very much Vandi. You can't know how happy I am now!
Sorry for this English reply. For the time being, I am slow in Persian.
As I said before, when I was learning English it was a foreign language for me, but Persian is so familiar! I find Persian words even in the language of my village. I wish I had started learning Persian earlier.
Oh, for my ancient Persian, you can't blame me. Here in Turkey, Persian is mainly studied because of the Masnavi and the old Iranian literature.
It causes difficulty for me, too, because that "Tehrun" accent of "Irun" surprises me every time I hear.
Well, my favorites are "dastan-i kudekan" and "teraneha-i kudekan" at the moment, because they are so easy to undrstand. :P Wherever I find a text starting with "yeki bud, yeki nabud", I print and read. With the help of the dictionary, of course.
Thanks again for the motivating words. It heps a lot. I have the certificate exam for elementary Persian on Monday. I hope I'll get my certificate.
Take care of yorself.

Oh, I am sorry Ecoliqua, I was so excited with my Persian, I didn't read all the messages.
I am sorry for your grandfather and your sickness. This is life, it brings such hard times in front of us, sometimes. I hope you're OK now.

Vanda,
Thanks for the help with finding Mobarak Baad for the wedding. The wedding was yesterday and it was amazing. The groom was white and the bride (asoor, right?) was persian. It didn't take long for the persians to take over the dance floor! My girlfriend, the bride's sister, even got me out there dancing and it was a good time.
Thanks again!

Yes! fanally! Another Benyamin fan!
BEN-YA-MIN, BEN-YA-MIN!
hi folk,
thank you all for your thoughts and your empathy with my feelings. Yes, endeed I am much better now. Births and deaths are changeful events that shake your life in a way or another. I was considering having an intensive Arabic course this summer. It will be everyday from 17 to 20 (after my work, of course). I would like doing it, but on the other hand I also would like to enjoy a bit my days, specially now that summer is coming... Some other news: I rented a website. I was thinking posting there translation of songs among other kind of translations. But it is not so easy... I also started building an internet shop for selling socksin Spain. Am I crazzy? ;-)
Finally, I bought a car! A toyoty Yaris. The first new car in my life (you should see my old car... is just shameful). Is is nice, but now I am totally broken :-(
Vandi, you know I am really considering going to Dubai?... maybe in one year or so (that is why of the Arabic also).
I had no much time yet in catching up with the songs. My life have been chaotic, but I still listen Iranian musics everyday.
Last thing, just for your interest, there is a nice iranian forum:
http://www.easypersian.com/forum/
There is also farsi lessons there (it was Vanda who gave me this link).
