Just correcting something.

When she sings "rasgue as minhas cartas" she means "you" not "He"
She's using another pronoun for "you". We have "Tu" and "Você". We must conjugate "você" like the third person, but we mean the second. It's crazy, but we do it. Not in that song, she's using imperative for "you".

She's addressing to "You" all the time in that song.

So when she sings "Não me procure mais", she means: (You) don't look for me anymore. This is imperative form to "você" and "tu".

The sentence for "He doesn't look for me anymore" is "Ele não me procura mais".

but i think the best of this lyric is the leanguage it uses, is like some formal talk, so it feels that the person is really hurt and trying to play it cool, faking that he's ovet her.... it's a really sad song, and we can't translate the words the writer choose to use....
