*(1) etinia joao - the word "etinia" doesn't exist in portuguese, the right word is "etnia" that means "ethnic group". Maybe the lyrics are wrong, i don't know... so, i did a free translation.
*(2) vier - it means "come" in the subjunctive mood...
I am really thankful for your corrections and for explaining me those words! Brigado!

well, ginnie, actually "tchutchuca" (right spelling) is a modern brazilian slang very hard to explain (it is used in brazilian funk songs too, this kind of music is played so much especially in Rio de Janeiro. Usually people of lower social class go to this kind of party that play those songs)... but i'll try to do it:
tchutchuca means something like "pretty woman", but in a bad way it can mean a woman who has a big *** (backside, gluteus muscle), like funk song dancers... (since this is the part of women's body that brazilian men like so much ).
I hope u can understand what i meant

teflondiva and layla you're welcome! It is a pleasure for me help people who like to understand portuguese language!

Hello! I like the song "Não Chores Mais" from Gilberto Gil. Can somebody translate it for me plz?

Bem que eu me lembro
da gente sentado ali
na grama do aterro sob o sol
Ob observando hipócritas
disfarcados rondando ao redor
Amigos presos, amigos sumindo assim
Pra nunca mais
As recordacões, retratos do mal em si
Melhor é deixar pra tras

Nao, nao chores mais
Nao, nao chores mais

Bem que eu me lembro
da gente sentado ali
na grama do aterro sob o céu
Ob observando estrelas
junto a fogueirinha de papel
Quentar o frio
requentar o pao
e comer com voce
Os pés, de manha, pisar o chao
Eu sei, a barra de viver
Mas se Deus quiser

Tudo tudo tudo vai dar pé

Tudo tudo tudo vai dar pé

Bem que eu me lembro (so well that i remember)
da gente sentado ali (about we sitting there)
na grama do aterro sob o sol (in the grass of the embankment under the sun)
Ob observando hipócritas (looking at the hypocrites)
disfarcados rondando ao redor ( undercover, walking around)
Amigos presos, amigos sumindo assim ( prisoner friends, friends disapearing just like that)
Pra nunca mais (to never again)
As recordacões, retratos do mal em si (the memories, pictures of evil itself)
Melhor é deixar pra tras (better is to leave behind)

Nao, nao chores mais (no, don't cry anymore)
Nao, nao chores mais (no, don't cry anymore)

Bem que eu me lembro (so well that i remember)
da gente sentado ali (about we sitting there)
na grama do aterro sob o céu (in the grass of the embankment under the sky)

Ob observando estrelas (looking at the stars)
junto a fogueirinha de papel (next to the paper bonfire)
Quentar o frio (warming the cold)
requentar o pao (re-warming the bread)
e comer com voce (and eat with you)
Os pés, de manha, pisar o chao (the feet, in the morning, touch the ground)
Eu sei, a barra de viver (i know, hard to live)
Mas se Deus quiser (but if God wants)

Tudo tudo tudo vai dar pé (all all all is going to be on foot)**it's an expression meaning all is going to be alright, i guess, it's brazilian portuguese...

Tudo tudo tudo vai dar pé
