This is an old folklore song, these are very difficult to translate. Pretty much the story is about a mother singing to her daughter that she has come of age and is ready to be married now. The mother talks about her beauty and so on.
moj is a slang term used for females sort of like "how are ya girl" in Albanian would be "si je moj"
