i dont know how to translate "pengon" but its like a hurdle
something that stops you.
like if youre running and someone sticks their foot out and you trip
thats "pengon" lol i cant think of a different explanation and the words
not coming to me right now.

maybe someone else can translate that properly for you

yes it means something like to obstruct, or to hinder (found it in a dictionary), but what does tjerve means?

yes and people dont really aprove and they look down on it

thats pretty much what that line means as well

pengon is used slangly for bother like "ti me pengon" "you bug me" but it also means trip "u pengova ne shkallet" "i tripped on the stairs" lol
