Smile Learning Hebrew language

Hi, everyone

I seriously have no clue as how many people would like to learn this beautiful language in this forum. But as a person who is obsessed in languages I can assure you that this language is on top of my list next to Arabic. So is there anyone willing to lend me a hand and take me to this promised language? (I promised myself that I have to conquer this language lol).

I am currently satisfied with the help I am getting from the Arabic forum. So I am coming here with the same intention, and I hope that I get assisted but if not no problemo it will not stop my journey.

I just want to add:
Bekarov = it means = "soon"
See you soon= it means in Hebrew:
"nitra' bekarov" -"nitra" = means: I\we will see you

and "bekarov"=it means= "soon"

Hope I explained it right.... if there are questions... well I am here.

Keep up the good work.
If any of you are capable of providing the Hebrew script as well then please do so... for it will help us (me) with our (my) reading.

What else I would like to know is that :

מישהו פה מדבר גם ערבית - mishehu po medaber gam aravit? Does anyone here also speak arabic?

Hope it is right?

1) No matter where I (you) go or what I (you) do, I (you) live my (your) entire life within the confines of my (your) head. Therefore I am a free slave. (Therefore you are a free slave)

2) "They always ask me why I do not smile, if I told them why they would not smile too!!"

and do correct me I believe you pronounce this 2 letters (kaf n khet) the same in this words?

1) No matter where I go or what I do,
לא משנה לאן אלך, או (לא משנה) מה שאעשה
Lo ma' -sha' -nah' la'-a'n ani elech, O, ma sha'-ah- ah'-sa'

I live my entire life within the confines of my head.
אני חי את שארית חיי, בתוך המסגרת של מוחי
Ani Hai at sharit Ha'-ya'i, batoch hamisgeret shall mohi

Therefore I am a free slave.
ולכן, אני עבד חופשי
Lachen, ani eved hofshi

***I don't know, hope I translated right.****

2) "They always ask me why I do not smile, if I told them why they would not smile too!!"
הם תמיד שואלים אותי, למה אני לא מחייך. אבל, אם אני אומר להם למה (אני לא מחייך), גם הם לא יחייכו.
Ham tamid shoalim o-tea, lama ani lo ma-cha-yech. Aval, im ani omar la-ham, lama (ani lo ma-ha-yech), gum ham, lo ya-hai-chu.

3) I can - אני יכול- (Ani yachol). (male)

I can - אני יכולה- (Ani yachola). (female)

Five - חמש- (Hamesh). - (In hebrew- "Hamesh" - is the number five)

***In my opinion.***

Great to find this forum. I have this word:
גּבּר גּבּור
English written as "gibborim"

But I am not sure how to pronounce it even though the dictionary gave:
gih-bohr-EEM

Can anyone help me give a more accurate phonics of the word?

Thank you in advance!

גיבור - gibor - hero (male)
גיבורה - gibora - hero(female)
גיבורים - giborim - heroes (they are..)

(The words - "gibor"\"gibora"\"giborim" - means -"hero", some one who is courageous, brave).

Just found this forum and is very good. I too have just started to learn Hebrew with the help of Pimsleur language CD's.

Behatzlakha to everyone else who is learning on here. I believe that means good luck if I have it right
