I'm Turkish myself, but I've been living in Australia for more than 20 years.
When I first got here I really struggled with my pronounciation and people had difficulty understanding me. THe best solution I found is to listen to your own voice when talking in a different language - just record yourself talking in English and play back.
Sorry, ditto= the same thing, you too, me too, I think the same thing exactly.
As in ---
Cem: "Berry is quite a lovely girl and I love her dearly"
Deniz: "Ditto" (i.e. I think exactly the same as you.)
